Mookup Ads provides reporting for an authorized Google Ads account. We collect and use Google user data only as necessary to provide this service.

Information we may collect

• Google account identifier and email address used to associate your connection with your account
• OAuth refresh token required to retrieve authorized Google Ads reporting data
• Google Ads campaign performance data, including campaign names, status, impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions
• Limited security and technical logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service

How we use your information

• To authenticate your account and associate your Google connection with it
• To retrieve and display the Google Ads reporting data you authorize
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and security obligations

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

How we protect sensitive data

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never displayed in the application after they are saved. Data is transmitted between your browser, our service, and Google over HTTPS in production.

Access to production systems and stored tokens is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate or support the service. We use access controls, least- privilege permissions, secure configuration practices, and monitoring designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of sensitive data.

Retention and deletion

We retain OAuth tokens and Google Ads data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may select "Remove Google Ads access" in the application to delete the stored refresh token and disconnect the service. You can also revoke our access through your Google Account security settings or request deletion by contacting us. Upon a valid deletion request, we delete the associated stored tokens and personal data unless retention is required by law.

Google API Services

Mookup Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share Google user data except with service providers that process it solely to operate the service, under confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.
